This page explains what data I collect through garl.ee and how I use it.
Who is responsible

What data I collect
When you send a request through the contact form or write to me, I receive your name, email address and the content of your message. When photographing events, I capture the people taking part.
How I use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote and carry out the agreed work. Photos taken at an event are delivered to the client, and I may use them in my portfolio and on social media. I only publish photos of children (under 18) in my portfolio and on social media with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Who I share it with
Your data is never sold or passed on for marketing. I use trusted service providers: the website and contact form (Framer), email (Google) and photo galleries (Pixieset).
How long I keep it
I keep requests and correspondence for as long as needed for our work together, and accounting documents for the period required by law. Photos taken at events are kept for 1 year after the event and then deleted. Photos published in my portfolio and on social media stay public until I remove them or someone asks me to.
Photos and your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. If you don't want a photo of you in my portfolio or on social media, email garltischler@gmail.com and I'll remove it. You can also file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
